AirAsia QZ8501: Airline confirms crash site has been found

AirAsia has confirmed that wreckage found floating in the sea off Indonesia is from the flight that disappeared on Sunday with 162 people on board.

The aircraft lost contact with air traffic controllers in bad weather en route from the Indonesian city of Surabaya to Singapore.
