A memorial service has been held in Malaysia to remember the victims of flight MH17.

The Malaysia Airlines plane was heading from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur when it was shot down over eastern Ukraine, in territory held by pro-Russian rebels.

All 298 people on board died, most of them were from the Netherlands and Malaysia.
