Some police and intelligence in Turkey were resisting, says BBC's Mark Urban

An army group in Turkey says it has taken over the country, with soldiers at strategic points in Istanbul and jets flying low in the capital, Ankara.

"It became apparent that some police were resisting, and also some elements of military intelligence", reports BBC Newsnight's Mark Urban.
