Russian Paralympic athletes disappointed with Rio ban

Evgeny Bukharov, who sits on the Russian Paralympic Committee, says Russian athletes are "very disappointed" and "frustrated" with the decision to ban the entire team from the Rio games over doping allegations.

Speaking to Today presenter Sarah Montague, Mr Bukharov pointed out that only 35 Russian athletes had been mentioned in the initial report and there were Russian Paralympic athletes who have never used drugs in their career.

Mr Bukharov said Russia would appeal the decision.
