Obama at G20: 'Best chance' to tackle climate change

The US and China, two of the world's biggest polluters, have ratified a global agreement on tackling climate change reached last year in Paris.

The ratification came ahead of the G-20 meeting due to begin on Sunday in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou.
