Uni graduates becoming prison officers

The number of front-line prison officers in England and Wales has increased by 4% according to the latest figures by the Ministry of Justice.

The BBC has gained exclusive access to the Unlock Graduates scheme, which employs graduates as prison officers.

Justice Secretary David Lidington says they will bring fresh ideas to a service that's too much of a 'closed world'.
