South Africa steps up treatment for Aids virus

South Africa is stepping up access to treatment for the virus that causes Aids, in particular targeting pregnant women and children.

But the country still has the largest number of people in the world infected with HIV.

It is a legacy of many years when the leadership denied the existence of the disease. Karen Allen reports.
