Madagascar officers in coup claim

A group of military officers claim that they've taken control of Madagascar, on the day people were voting in a referendum on a new constitution.

The group says it has dissolved all government institutions in the Island nation and formed a military committee. The government, however, insists it's still in charge.

Damon Embling reports.
