How South African communities defend themselves
What do you do if you're living in a community where you believe criminals act with impunity and the long arm of the law appears to be absent?
Well, if you're a resident of Diepsloot township, on the edge of Johannesburg, in South Africa, you resort to kangaroo courts and street justice to defend yourselves.
