Tight security for Coptic Christians celebrating Christmas

Coptic Christians in Egypt have been attending Christmas Eve mass, in the shadow of last weekend's attack on a church in Alexandria, in which 23 people died.

There has been a huge security presence, with cars banned from outside churches and tens of thousands of police deployed.
