Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni wins re-election

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has easily won re-election, but not by the margin he expected, although there are fears over voting irregularities.

The Ugandan electoral commission said Mr Museveni has secured 68% of the vote, while his main rival Kizza Besigye got 26%.

Will Ross reports from Kampala, where there is a strong presence from the military on the streets.
