Uganda opposition rejects re-election of President Yoweri Museveni

Security has been stepped up the capital of Uganda after the re-election of President Yoweri Museveni.

Soldiers and police have been patrolling on foot and in armoured personnel carriers and riot control vehicles, after the opposition rejected the outcome of the ballot in which the Ugandan electoral commission says Mr Museveni secured 68% while main rival Kizza Besigye got 26%.
