Libya: Tripoli resident says Gaddafi 'forcing people to love him'

There have been reports of a crackdown on protesters in parts of Tripoli after Friday prayers.

A resident in the city, who cannot be named, told the BBC hundreds had been arrested and that people were scared. He said: "We don't have guns, they (Gaddafi's security forces) are using guns against us."
