Libyans in Tripoli 'ready to die for Gaddafi'

Libya's Foreign Minister went on national television to say that all military operations would end with immediate effect.

Tonight, President Obama said Colonel Gadaffi had to stop all attacks and pull back his troops from rebel-held towns and cities.
