Libyan capital Tripoli 'calm but tense'

The UK, US and France have begun attacks on Libyan leader Col Muammar Gaddafi's forces in the first action to enforce a UN-mandated no-fly zone.

The BBC's Allan Little is in the capital Tripoli, which he says is calm, but tense.
