Libyan prisoner linked to WPc Fletcher murder

More than a quarter of a century after police constable Yvonne Fletcher was shot dead during a protest outside the Libyan Embassy in London, a member of the embassy staff has spoken publicly about the atrocity.

No-one has been convicted of her murder, but the Libyan government did accept responsibility for her death.

In Benghazi the opposition forces paraded Dr Omar Ahmed Sodani who was working at the London embassy at the time of the shooting, as Ian Pannell reports.
