Libya: Rebel leader accuses Nato of acting too slowly

The Libyan rebel commander, Gen Abdul Fattah Younis, has accused Nato of standing idly by while pro-Gaddafi forces kill people in Misrata.

Nato says international air strikes have reduced government military capabilities by nearly a third, but that weaponry has been deliberately moved into areas where civilians are to be used as human shields.
