Ivory Coast: Inside Laurent Gbagbo's compound

Footage of the interior of Laurent Gbagbo's Abidjan compound shows little left of value following looting after his capture on Monday.

The former president of Ivory Coast has been promised a fair trial by his successor, Alassane Ouattara.

Mr Gbagbo, who provoked a crisis in the country by refusing to cede power, was taken into custody after his compound was stormed by forces loyal to Mr Ouattara.

Caroline Hawley reports.
