Liam Fox supports call for Nato to widen Libya targets
The Defence Secretary Liam Fox has indicated he agrees with the head of the armed forces that Nato needs to intensify its campaign in Libya.
General Sir David Richards has said he wants the bombing campaign widened to include direct attacks against the infrastructure propping up Colonel Gaddafi's regime.
He stressed that the Libyan leader was not being directly targeted, but said that if he were killed in one of the raids, that would be "within the rules."
