Libyans claim Nato raid kills 15 civilians

Libyan authorities are accusing Nato of targeting civilians after 15 people including three children were reported to have been killed in the residential area of Sorman, west of the capital, Tripoli.

A Nato spokesperson confirmed that its forces were conducting operations in the area.
