Children of South Sudan learn new national anthem

Just days until the new nation of South Sudan is born, efforts to build the country are taking place and people who had fled are returning home.

The country will start off as one of the very poorest in the world as decades of war have left the region extremely undeveloped and three quarters of the adult population is illiterate.

The BBC's Will Ross visited John Garang international school, where he found students practising a new song.
