East Africa drought: Refugee camps overwhelmed

More than 10 million people are now thought to be affected by the worst drought to hit East Africa in 60 years.

Medical staff in camps across Kenya, Somalia, Ethiopia and Djibouti are struggling to cope with the thousands arriving in desperate need of food and water.

Ben Brown reports from the Dadaab camp in Kenya.
