Tense times as Libya embraces change

Fugitive Libyan leader Col Muammar Gaddafi is said to be ready to begin talks to transfer power, but rebels insist they will not negotiate until he surrenders.

Dealing with the issue of Gaddafi is just one of the challenges faced by the National Transitional Authority as they try and restore normality to a country shattered by war, as Humphrey Hawksley reports.
