Libyans face 'big challenges' in getting basic services working

Rebel forces are struggling to get basic services working across Libya.

In the capital, Tripoli many areas have been without power, water and rubbish collections and many banks remain shut.

Libya's interim leaders have given pro-Gaddafi forces until Saturday to surrender or face military force.
