Political power battles in new Libya

The process of forming a new government in Libya is to be delayed until the entire country is liberated.

Despite the announcement by the National Transitional Council, the battle for power in the post-Gaddafi era is intensifying, with Islamist groups saying they too have an important role to play.

The BBC's Allan Little reports from Tripoli on the chances for democracy in Libya.
