Saif al-Islam: The process to get him to court

International prosecutors have had "informal contact" with the son of slain ex-Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.

Sir Geoffrey Nice QC, who has has been involved in a number of war crimes cases at the International Criminal Court, tells the BBC about the process that will be under way to get Saif al-Islam into court.

He said that "the real process is once he enters a country where he could be arrested, he most probably will be arrested and turned over to the Hague".

Sir Nice added that what happens to Saif al-Islam should be done so according to the law and not subject to behind-the-scenes deals.
