African Dream: Ghana's Keli Gadzekpo

Keli Gadzekpo (right) was part of the duo that set up the Databank group in Ghana in 1990.

At the time the country's financial sector was being liberalised and the Ghana stock exchange set up.

Twenty years on the bank has grown to spread its wings across Ghana and has branches in Liberia and The Gambia.

Mr Gadzekpo told the BBC's African Dream series why starting small can help.
