DR Congo election: Fears protests could escalate
Police in the Democratic Republic of Congo say they have shot dead four people since the disputed results of presidential elections were announced on Friday.
Opposition leader Etienne Tshisekedi has refused to accept the official results, which gave a clear victory to President Joseph Kabila.
Thousands of miles away, several Congolese were arrested in Belgium after clashes with riot police and more than 140 people have also been detained in London during protests over the election results.
