Barbecuing to boost Liberia's economy
Sam Mitchell opened Sam's Barbeque during Liberia's civil war in the 1990s.
He saw starting a business as vital to helping the economy back on its feet after the six-year conflict.
So what lies behind Mr Mitchell's success and how has he managed to keep his business growing, surviving the competition?
