Scientists baffled by mystery disease striking Uganda

Scientists are baffled by a mysterious disease which has swept across parts of northern Uganda.

The so called 'nodding syndrome' severely impacts the development of children, causes uncontrolled head nodding, seizures and in many cases, death.
