DRC refugees urge peace talks

Peace talks scheduled for Friday between the Congolese government and M23 rebels have yet to get underway.

The rebels have laid down conditions saying there would be no negotiations without the government agreeing to a ceasefire.

As the political leaders hesitate, thousands of people have been forced to flee from their homes, and are still arriving in southern Uganda
