Sahara survivor 'buried her family'
A 14-year-old girl has spoken to the BBC about her ordeal in the Sahara desert, where she went without water for a week when the convoy she was travelling in broke down.
Out of more than 100 people who set out for Algeria in the convoy, the bodies of 92 were discovered in the desert region of north Niger on Thursday, having died of thirst.
Shafa, who lost her father when she was younger, told the BBC's Newsday she had to bury her sisters and her mother over the course of three days.
