Bogus Mandela interpreter back in spotlight
The sign language interpreter accused of using fake hand signals at Nelson Mandela's memorial has appeared in an advert, making light of the incident.
Thamsanqa Jantjie stars in the commercial for a video-sharing app made by Tel-Aviv based company, Livelens.
Speaking to the BBC in December, Mr Jantjie said his erratic performance at Mr Mandela's memorial was due to a schizophrenic episode.
But Livelens CEO Max Bluvbland said they were confident he was well enough to take part in filming and described him as "a normal guy" who was part of a "very unfortunate incident".
