Somali parliament targeted in car bombing

At least four people have been killed by a suicide car bomb near Somalia's parliament in Mogadishu.

The Islamist militant group al-Shabab have reportedly praised the attack and has vowed to step up attacks during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
