Libya's 'out of control' fuel tank fire - in 15 seconds

A second fuel tank in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, has caught fire.

Libya's National Oil Company has described the blaze as "out of control". It is the largest facility in Tripoli, containing 90 million litres of fuel.
