Kenya bus attack: Al-Shabab claims responsibility
Responsibility for a fatal attack on a bus in northern Kenya has been claimed by gunmen from the Somali militant group al-Shabab.
The bus was travelling to the capital, Nairobi, when it was stopped in Mandera county, not far from the Somali border. Twenty-eight people were killed.
Al-Shabab has carried out a series of attacks in Kenya since 2011.
