Calls to give Senegal domestic workers legal protection

In Senegal it is believed 40% of the country's informal economy is made up of jobs done by women.

Many of them work as domestic helps - a job that in most cases requires little formal education.

Being a maid however can also mean not having much legal protection. There are increasing calls for the government to regulate the sector.

Nadege Sinarinzi reports from the capital, Dakar.
