Will Burma become Asean chair?

The ten member states of the Association of South East Asian Nations are meeting in Bali this week for their annual summit.

Members will decide whether to allow Burma to host their meeting in 2014.

Burma has been denied in the past because of concerns over alleged human rights abuses in the country.

Karishma Vaswani reports.
