Hilary Clinton 'to reward further Burma reform'

US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has promised to improve relations with Burma if reforms continue.

Mrs Clinton told Burma's leaders that changes they had made so far were unprecedented.

The Burmese President Thein Sein said the talks hailed a "new chapter" in relations with the US.
