Taiwan presidential opposition concedes election
The opposition candidate in the Taiwanese presidential elections has admitted defeat, giving incumbent President ma Ying-Jeou a second term in office.
With most of the vote counted, Tsai Ing-wen congratulated Mr Ma on his victory and resigned as chairwoman of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).
