Temporary departure of French troops from Afghanistan's Kapisa

Since the temporary departure of French troops from Kapisa in Afghanistan - where four French soldiers were killed by an Afghan soldier last month - policing the region has fallen to local forces.

But as local governor Mehrabedin Safee explains, there are fears Afghan soldiers are not trained or well enough equipped to take on the mission.
