Elections due in China protest village

Elections take place this weekend in a village in southern China where protests took place three months ago.

Communist party officials fled Wukan, in Guangdong province, after thousands of protesters took to the streets and clashed with riot police.

The villagers accused Chinese officials of unfairly selling their land to developers.

Martin Patience reports from Wukan village, southern China.
