North Korea 'missiles readied' after US stealth flights

North Korea's Kim Jong-un says he has ordered missile units to be on standby, ready to attack US bases in South Korea and the Pacific.

Russia and China have appealed for calm, following North Korea's "bellicose" reaction to US B-2 bomber training flights over South Korea.
