Transgender Pakistanis join election fight for first time

As Pakistanis prepare to head to the polls at next month general election, for the first time in the country's history transgender candidates are being allowed to run for office.

The step is seen as a highly significant moment for transgendered people who have often found themselves on the edge of Pakistani society.
