Vietnam internet restrictions come into effect
In Vietnam, a controversial media law has come into force, which means internet users are restricted to exchanging only "personal information" online.
Known as Decree 72, the new law also requires foreign news providers to have at least one server in the country.
Human rights groups say it is an attempt to silence critics of the the one-party communist government.
