Afghan blast kills wedding guests in Ghazni province

At least 18 people have been killed in a roadside bomb attack in Ghazni province, south of the Afghan capital Kabul.

The victims were travelling to a wedding in Ander district in a minibus, officials say.

The BBC's David Loyn reports that Afghan authorities are blaming the Taliban for the attack.
