'One shirt. That's all I'm asking for'

Survivors plead for help after Typhoon Haiyan hit the Philippines killing 10,000 people in one area and displacing thousands.

The devastation caused by Typhoon Haiyan has been described as "absolute bedlam".

Officials estimate up to 10,000 people have died in Tacloban city and elsewhere. Hundreds of thousands of people are displaced.
