Thai protesters block poll registration stadium

Anti-government demonstrators in Thailand have surrounded the stadium where candidates were due to register to stand in next year's elections.

Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawat has called elections for the 2 February.

Political parties have begun registering their candidates at a police station in Bangkok instead.

Jonathan Head reports from Bangkok.
