Australia PM defends asylum policy amid abuse claims

A video showing what appears to be a lifeboat of asylum seekers being towed by an Australian vessel has been published by the country's national broadcaster, ABC.

It comes after media reports said the government had bought lifeboats for the purpose of transporting asylum seekers back to Indonesia.

The government has refused to comment on the claims, as Phil Mercer reports from Sydney.
