Royal pilot William tries WW1 bi-plane

Prince William tried out the cockpit of a World War One bi-plane whilst visiting an aviation museum as part of his trip to New Zealand.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have visited an aviation heritage centre as part of their trip to New Zealand.

While visiting the centre, in Blenheim, Prince William climbed into the cockpit of a World War One bi-plane - but declined an offer of a vintage leather flying helmet.
